AWS A / SFA 5.1: E6013, IS 814: ER 4212 X. The electrode has a rutile coating with a medium coating factor and is identified by name printing.
Characteristics:

Flat (F), Horizontal (H), Vertical down (V-down), Vertical up (V-up), Overhead (OH).
Redrying Conditions:
Moist electrodes can be reconditioned at 100-110°C for 1/2 hour.
Availability:
Standard sizes: 5.0, 4.0, 3.2, and 2.5 inches in 350/450 mm length. Packing: 350 & 450 mm in 1, 2 & 5 kg.
Note On Usage:
  • Keep electrode dry; vacuum-packed options do not require redrying.
  • Rebake electrodes at 100-110°C for half an hour before use.
  • Use a steel wire brush for cleaning slags.
  • Follow recommended welding parameters for optimal results.
  • Avoid excessive currents and maintain a short arc.
