Cement industry Steel industry CONCEPT Flextrans is a single- or double-ply belt featuring a special straight warp fabric that ensures excellent impact and cutting resistance which is often associated with primary crushers and feeder belt applications. Chemical industry PRODUCT FEATURES The fabric in the warp direction lies straight and therefore enables very low elongation, significantly reducing the required take-up length. The high concentration of weft yarns ensures that the belt can be easily spliced with mechanical fasteners at the highest pull-out strengths. Hot vulcanised splicing is also possible.
