Overview
The SEMIKUBE SlimLine is a compact IGBT inverter platform designed by SEMIKRON, offering power ratings from 75kVA to 1300kVA. It is fully assembled, tested, and features a low inductive DC link assembly with high environmental protection.

Design and Benefits
The SlimLine platform is optimized for harsh environments, suitable for outdoor cabinets, and can handle high temperature fluctuations. It is designed for easy integration into 300mm deep cabinets, with a separate cooling air flow through the heatsink and an IP54 rated mounting flange. The platform supports hybrid SiC and full SiC modules, enhancing performance and power density.

Applications
The SEMIKUBE SlimLine is ideal for solar central inverters, supporting common inverter ratings from 500kW to 900kW. It operates up to 1000VDC with 1200V modules and up to 1200VDC with 1700V modules. It complies with IEC 62109 and aims for UL 1000V recognition. It also meets AC Drives application requirements, featuring controlled or uncontrolled rectifiers, IGBT inverters, and brake choppers.

Product Range
The platform offers four frame sizes with continuous rated current from 150A to 1500A, using SEMITRANS 1200V and 1700V IGBT Trench E4 modules. A hybrid SiC module version is available for SL20. The system includes a SEMIKRON embedded driver for control and error management, with a CAN interface for configuration and diagnostics.
