Product catalog summary
Magnetic V Block
This tool features three magnetic faces, with two forming a 90° 'V', ideal for holding unevenly shaped and cylindrical pieces. It is watertight and suitable for spark-erosion machines, with soft magnetization controlled by a lever. Available in pairs, it supports diameters from 15 to 64 mm with a precision of ± 0.02/100 mm.
Magnetic Rectangles
These contain neodymium magnets and can withstand temperatures up to 60°C.
Magnetic Plates for Polishing Process
Used in industrial polishing, these plates have permanent magnets on the upper side and adjustable steel brackets on the underside. They are placed under conveyors to hold pieces during polishing. Neodymium magnets are used when space is limited, providing strong attraction with reduced height. Custom dimensions are available.
Plates with Decreasing Field
These plates can be designed with a decreasing magnetic field at one or both ends for gradual entry and exit of pieces.
Magnetic Plates for Hard Metal Pieces
Designed for grinding hard metal pieces, these plates have a high magnetic power of 16 daN/cm². They are not suitable for steel pieces due to the difficulty in removing them from the magnetic plate. Custom dimensions are available.

MAGNETIC TOOLS MAGNETIC PLATES FOR POLISHING PROCESS STANDARD TYPE Used in the industry to hold pieces during the polishing processes. The upperside contains permanent magnets and the underside has steel brackets to adjust the height of the plate by means of screws. It is not demagnetitzable. Simple operation: they are usually placed under the conveyor with the magnetic face touching the belt and its function is to hold the pieces during polishing. When the pieces pass over the belt, they are retained by the force of the magnetic plate, avoiding to be shot out while polished. Dimensions upon...
