Magnetic separating systems For the ferrous separation of powder particles and granulated products These magnetic tubes are a separation system designed for the removal of iron particles from materials raw materials that do not flow easily through the system, such as powder materials and granulated products. The system is installed in a part of the duct that transports the product during the production process. The unit is fully attached to the tube so that it remains an integral part of the duct. These magnetic tubes are characterized by the position of the magnets. These are located almost entirely outside the flow for do not interfere with its passage through the duct. The magnetic system consists of two extremely powerful plates that they sit on opposite sides and capture the iron particles. They are effective even in a flow that occupies full capacity of the tube and continuously. - Execution: sturdy construction - Nd35 quality Neodymium permanent magnets - Manual cleaning with cleaning drawer - Housing: AISI 304 stainless steel (optional AISI 316) - Surface treatment: sandblasted (optional electropolishing - Standard connecting flanges DIN 2576 ND10 NW-- - Dual material flow direction Product manufactured according to EHEDG standards, which guarantee the correct design and hygienic maintenance of food production systems. Suitable for Zones 21 and 22 (ATEX Dust): equipment certified for use in explosive atmospheres with the presence of combustible dust, in accordance with ATEX regulations.
