The delamination mill can be used as an alternative to the traditional blade mill where the volumes of the incoming material influenced and it in terms of quantity and physical characteristics. The vertical mill introduces some advantages over the blade mill: it can also operate in the presence of residues of ferrous or stainless steel materials and requires less adjustment of the blades. Shredding electronic scrap with vertical delamination mill to reduce the particle size of the materials to a fine fraction, giving the metals a rounded final shape rather than a filament one, improving the performance of the separation systems placed downstream of it. The rotation speed can be controlled with an inverter to adapt to the different types of incoming materials, reducing wear due to use to a minimum.
