Products : multiaxial fabrics SELCOM offers a wide range of technical multiaxial fabrics products designed to meet the various needs of our clients in any field of application. Selcom multiaxial fabrics are divided, depending on the orientation of the fibers, in the following categories: - unidirectional 0º - biaxial ±45º / 0º 90º - triaxial 0º±45 / 90º±45º - quadri-axial 0º +45º 90º -45º - others, such as coupled with mat, felts, veils and other tissues. For the realization of these non crimp fabrics Selcom uses different types of fibers such as E GLASS fiber, CARBON fiber, ARAMID fiber, BASALT fiber, synthetic fibers, natural fibers and metal. SELCOM tissues can be made 100% with a single type of fiber, or more fibers mixed together in differents proportions; Ex. 50% Fiberglass and 50% aramid and / or carbon fibre. These tissues are called HYBRID fabrics. Multiaxial fabrics are also used in building industry especially with carbon, aramid and fiberglas s mesh fabrics . Selcom also offers a differents selection of achievements from cutting to lowered edge, from the stabilization of tissue to the use of alternative materials.
