Specifications
The IN Series NTC thermistors are designed to operate within a temperature range of -50°C to 150°C, with optimal stability achieved at or below 125°C. The resistance at 25°C can be determined using the ordering map provided. The thermistors offer various resistance curves, including A Curve (3977K), B Curve (3942K), C Curve (3695K), D Curve (4262K), F Curve (3435K), and K Curve (3485K), with additional options available upon request. Accuracy levels range from ±0.05°C to ±1.00°C across different temperature ranges. The dissipation constant is 3.0 mW/°C in still air and 13.0 mW/°C in stirred oil, with a thermal time constant of 15.0 seconds in still air and 0.75 seconds in stirred oil. The maximum power rating is 30 mW at 25°C, decreasing to 1 mW at 100°C. Notably, the 10K Ohm base resistance with a 3977K (25/85) Beta (A Curve) is UL 1434 certified.
Features
The IN Series thermistors offer precision interchangeability with accuracies as high as ±0.05°C to ±0.10°C. They provide a quick thermal response and excellent field stability. These thermistors are RoHS compliant and can be mounted on PCBs or housed in protective casings to suit various application needs.
