Innovative Features
The Pilot4D FX system allows for the sharing of test resources by moving a small, low-cost fixture between boards, eliminating the need for duplication. The system uses a state-of-the-art color camera for fiducial centering and serial number acquisition. An integrated marker can mark tested boards based on user-defined rules. The VIVA test software allows communication with external databases, integrating the system into production management environments. The 19’’ rack supports the integration of external instrumentation, ensuring scalability for new applications. Additional capabilities include OBP programming modules, LED test sensors, Boundary Scan test, and communication management via standard protocols like CAN BUS and LIN.
