x-wave conveyor The fastest professional laser system for cutting rolls of organic and technical fabric: high-speed, high-precision and high-quality performances • -Wave Conveyor is a laser system designed X for cutting rolls of organic and technical fabric, including colored and printed ones, with a maximum width of 1600mm (1800 on demand). It is the top solution for manufacturers of finished garment, footwear, clothing, filtech, fashion and any industrial application where quality, precision and speed are essential requirements. • “The laser has no weight”. Inspired by this idea, X-Wave Conveyor features a brand-new cartesian movement of the laser head obtained by two carbon fibre axes, driven by four highperformance linear motors. This allows cutting speeds of up to 4000 mm/s with accelerations of 6g. All this, combined with a refined control of the laser source, gained from thirty years of experience, results in a system characterised by unparalleled productivity and precision. • X-Wave Conveyor integrates a fabric transport system from the unwinder to the working area and until the material unloading, designed to eliminate laser cutting side effects: dust, fumes and unwanted reflections. An extremely precisely and consistently controlled fabric handling, guarantees exceptional quality “by step” or “on the fly” processing, even in the event of profile “resumption”. Combined with SEI artificial vision system, it is possible to compensate for the typical fabric deformations by making cuts consistent with the weft or the printing. X-Wave Conveyor, thanks to its control software versatility, fits easily into the most diverse industrial environments: textile, converting, filtration, automotive, fashion, etc. It is born compliant with Industry 4.0 directives and expresses its full potential within modern digitalized production processes.
