GALVANOMETRIC SYSTEMS Wood Processing

Flexi Guns is the outcome of SEI Laser’s technical expertise and know-how in high-speed processes. This system is specifically designed for the aesthetic or functional marking and engraving and checkering of guns and three-dimensional objects. It is equipped with three Cartesian axes (X-Y-Z) and three rotary axes as well as three working stations: one for long pieces (long lifewhole) and two for short pieces (stock and handguard). Flexi Guns can process carabines 1150 mm long and stocks up to 850mm.

GALVANOMETRIC SYSTEMS Metal Processing Manta Fiber is the laser system specially designed by SEI Laser for metal marking, engraving and texturing on a maximum length of 450 mm. The innovative SEI Laser Hi30 scanning head with four axes and “full digital” electronic and the proper management of the Mopa (Master oscillator power amplifier) fiber source, offers an unmatchable flexibility. Easy Fiber is a compact laser system specially designed to mark and engrave metal alloys and sheets on a working area up to 300x300 mm, which can accessed by three sides. Easy Fiber is characterized by its dynamic beam expander, which makes the operator able to control the spot size via software. The zero-maintenance laser source (up to 50W) guarantees high quality processes on items with several thicknesses.

Software Icaro software is user-friendly and entirely developed by SEI Laser. This CAD/CAM software allows the operator to process the object according to his wishes, with any kind of decoration. Files (.pdf, .ai, .eps, .jpg, .dxf, .bmp, .pcd, .pnt etc.) are easy to import and parameters are intuitive to set-up. Icaro Software can be integrated with customized electronics and specific functions for wood processing depending on customer’s demands.
