L'elemento cos formato garantisce un'ottima resistenza a stress meccanici ed un elevato scambio termico. Viene particolarmente utilizzato a contatto con parti metalliche che potrebbero altrimenti danneggiare l'isolamento del cavo riscaldante. Secondo le esigenze dell'applicazione, le resistenze possono essere progettate con potenze diverse all'interno della parte riscaldante cos䮮 da ottimizzarne la resa. L'estremit del tubo alluminio, sigillata con appositi termorestringenti e le parti fredde integrate, rendono l'elemento particolarmente adatto a lavorare immerso in acqua o in ambienti ad elevato livello di umidit. La resistenza in tubo alluminio pu࠴ essere fornita completa di termoregolazioni (termostato, termofusibile), cavi di collegamento di vario tipo, terminali e connessioni specifiche. Depending on the needs of the application, differentiated hot parts can be foreseen in the same heater, so as to optimize performances. This kind of heater is specifically suitable to work immersed in water or in environments with high humidity, thanks to integrated cold parts technology and to the specific heat shrinks applied to the aluminium tube ends which assure water proof. Heaters can be provided with thermal regulators (thermostat, thermal fuse), different types of connection cables, terminals and specific connections.
