Mini - Miniature Tools

Product catalog summary
Overview: This document outlines the specifications for various models of solid carbide cutters, including both radius and corner radius cutters. It provides part numbers, dimensions, and tolerances for each model.
Specifications: Each cutter model is detailed with specific dimensions such as diameter (dmm), lengths (l2, l3), and angle (α°). The cutters are organized by part numbers, indicating different sizes and configurations.
Tolerances: The document specifies tolerances for the cutters, including a run-out of 0.005 mm, diameter tolerance (dmm = h5), and a cutting diameter range (Dc = -0.01/-0.02). Radius tolerances vary depending on the model.
Models and Variants: Multiple models such as JM905, JM915, JM920, and JM925 are listed, each with different variants (e.g., L, XL, SL, XXL, XSL) that denote size and feature differences. Each variant has specific cutting parameters and angles.
Key Data: Tables provide critical data such as cutting diameter, length, and angle, essential for selecting the appropriate cutter for specific applications. Additional pages are referenced for cutting data and symbol explanations.
Recommendations: Users are advised to consult specific pages for detailed cutting data and to understand the symbols used in diagrams. The document emphasizes the importance of adhering to specified tolerances for optimal performance.

Mini - Miniature Tools-1

Seco Jabro Tools has developed a wide range of miniature end mills for use in the manufacture of small components. The MINI range stands for small diameters (0,1 mm-2,0 mm) precision, technology and quality. Besides standard MINI end mills, we can also supply special (custom) end milling cutters. Shank description: XXL = Extra extra long XSL = Extra super long Tool designation Page MINI tool selection and cutting data guidelines. 1) Use the tables beginning on page 166 to classify the workpiece material into a Seco material group. 2) Refer to the catalogue pages and choose the most suitable end mill depending on your component. Use the information above the cutting data table as an aid. For optimal performance use the shortest possible end mill. 3) Go into the cutting data table and find the correct cutting data depending on the chosen material group and your selected tool choice in the catalogue.
