Compact DC Substation in Container Concrete container Metallic container Concrete prefabricated container can be an efficient integration solution in cities and along railway lines. Depending on the customer specification, Secheron can propose different versions of the container construction. Concrete containers can withstand severe weather conditions and can be provided in different architectural executions. The standard Secheron solution is self-supported rigid base frame with welded metallic walls fitted with insulation wool. Features are available in order to fit substation in the surrounding landscape. A raised floor is standardly used in order to provide space for power cables. The installation of the concrete container is possible with minimum ground treatment. The thickness of the pre-treatment surface and painting is calculated and adjusted in order to provide optimum resistance to corrosion on the long-term base. Different paintings are available in standard RAL colors. External and internal painting is possible in standard RAL colors.
