SEBA cable way installation type SKA The SEBA cable way installation SKA is deployed to measure discharge in rivers and channels. Depending on the kind of waters and the maximum possible current velocity, a suspended current meter equipment, with sinker weights of 25, 50 and 100 kg can be used.
