Once the central gripper is blocked the numeric control manages the tenoning automatically, thus reducing down time. Dogma machines tenons in pairs and with tilting by interpolation, significantly reducing the production spaces required. The range of possible machining is extremely broad. Equipped with standard fittings for the tenoning zone, which includes an end trimmer and a tenoning spindle moulder able to machine workpieces with a length from 220 to 2800 mm (3800 mm optional), we now have the Optima 1. The following machining can be performed with this new drilling and routing unit: handle hole, hinged guard, end trimming of the bead, fastening mounting Aria 4/Drilling Aria 12, end drilling and drilling with the vein. For trimming, the Dogma is fitted with two high precision 50x320 mm spindles and the Duo unit, with angular adjustment in two positions 0-90°, for shaving/cutting beads and/ or hardware locations.
