BRIMAX Mixer
The mixer facilitates precise integration of solid and liquid components, with system-guided procedures and controlled mixing processes. It ensures the brine is properly chilled and ready for use.
Control Unit
The central management panel features a 10" touch screen, allowing operation in both automatic and manual modes. Automatic mode guides the operator through each step, organizing mixing and cooling according to specified recipes. Manual mode allows for direct input for mixing, cooling, and pumping.
Storage Tank
The storage tank supplies brine to various consumers like injectors and tumblers. Optional equipment includes an agitator/shear pump and thermo plate for maintaining constant temperature and homogeneous brine.
