The special patented machine design enables tubes with very small diameter, combined with long length, to be clamped and welded. The machine generates a significant clamping force to press the tube edges down for optimum welding conditions, which is of particular importance when welding ultra-thin materials. Equipped with state of the art technology and combined with exceptional precision, ELENA VIII provides the perfect platform for welding thin sheet metal expansion joints using materials from 0.15 mm thickness upwards.
