Our precision clamping system with inert gas coverage combines with advanced OEM control package to precisely control the welding sequence and weld parameters, providing the Perfect Weld for your corners. The highly flexible and Universal Quick-Change Tooling system is designed to clamp and weld different part geometries without the need for special fixtures. Set-up time is typically 15 seconds to two minutes. Programming is simple and intuitive, and you will not need a skilled welding technician to operate this machine once the program is written. Pre-segmented tooling is standard with every machine, to provide for quick change-overs. Common CORNERWELD applications include welded corners for food and, medical equipment, HVAC drip pans, electrical enclosures, and laboratory furniture. A wide range of materials can be welded with Cornerweld, including Stainless Steel, Carbon Steels and Aluminum.
