3.0 Details of Service 3.1 Preventive Maintenance Visit Schneider Electric will send a qualified Service representative to the Customer's location on a scheduled date to perform on-site inspection, Routine checkup, Preventive Maintenance (PM) and worn parts replacements if applicable, of Schneider Electric Robot and Linear Motion products that are Field Maintainable. If remote connection directly to your system is feasible, with proper approvals, this approach may be engaged to help facilitate matters. 4.0 Assumptions & Exclusions 4.1 Assumptions The successful performance of the tasks defined in this Statement of Work is based on the following key assumptions (4), which are agreed to by Schneider Electric Services. 4.1.1 Time, People & Location • • The system must be installed in an environment that adheres to manufacturer specifications.
