Specifications
The ATR-P Refractometer measures Refractive Index (RI) and Sucrose (%Brix) with up to 1000 freely definable scales. It has a measuring range of 1.32000 - 1.54000 RI / 100% Brix, a resolution of 0.00001 RI / 0.01% Brix, and precision of ± 0.00002 RI / ± 0.02% Brix. The device operates within an ambient temperature of +10° to +40°C and features automatic temperature compensation from +5° to +50°C. Temperature is measured using an NTC sensor, and control is achieved via an external water bath. The refractometer supports single sample or flow-through measurement and can be used horizontally or vertically. It features a sapphire prism and an LED light source with a wavelength of 589 nm. The display is a 7" touchscreen with 800 x 480 pixels and 16-bit colors.

Operation and Interfaces
The device can be operated via touchscreen, keyboard, mouse, barcode reader, or remotely via PC. It includes interfaces such as 1 x RS232 C serial, 3 x USB (A), 1 x USB (B), and 1 x Ethernet for easy connection to peripherals and networks.

The ATR-P Refractometer conforms to standards such as International Pharmacopoeia, ASTM, AOAC, DIN, FDA, and ICUMSA. Key features include a robust stainless steel measuring head, high performance and accuracy, continuous measurement, easy calibration, and full traceability of records. It is GLP/GMP compliant and 21 CFR part 11 ready. The device supports extensive LIMS integration and has a large storage capacity for 1000 products, each with 1000 methods.

Applications
The refractometer is versatile, used for determining refractive index, dry substance, mass percent, and Brix measurement with automatic temperature compensation. It is applicable in qualitative and quantitative analysis of dissolved solids, sugars, and other substances. Typical applications include the sugar industry, beverages, samples with suspended particles, and food oils.

Physical Specifications
The measuring head weighs 4.5 kg with dimensions of 200 x 160 x 135 mm, while the L-Display weighs 3.0 kg with dimensions of 240 x 190 x 150 mm.
