The UniCrimp 222 is optimized for high-speed production, integrating electronic crimp height control and crimp force monitoring. It accommodates most side- or rear-feed mini-style crimping applicators and features integrated LED lighting for enhanced visibility. The station is designed for quick applicator changeovers, reducing setup time and increasing productivity. The ToolingShuttle system allows for offline preparation of applicators and terminal reels, minimizing downtime.

Options and Accessories
Available options include a carrier strip cutter, guide for rear-feed terminal carrier strips, accessory kits for pneumatic crimp applicators, split-cycle processing capability, and various adapter kits for non-standard crimp applicators.
