The UniCrimp 221 is a high-speed crimping station for CrimpCenter series machines, featuring integrated crimp force monitoring and a height-adjustable base frame. It supports side- or rear-feed mini-style crimping applicators with mechanical or pneumatic feed, suitable for wires up to 6 mm² (10 AWG). The press stroke is adjustable between 40 mm and 30 mm, accommodating a range of shut heights. LED lighting enhances workspace visibility.

The station includes a quick-change applicator clamping plate for reduced change-over times. With ToolingShuttle 30 or 61, applicators and terminal reels can be prepared offline, minimizing downtime during frequent changes.
