Concept
The ToolingShuttle 61 integrates the crimp applicator, terminal reel, and paper winder into a single unit, allowing for simultaneous exchange of all components, thus reducing changeover time. It can be prepared externally while the machine is operational, minimizing downtime. The unit features a magnetic ram holder for easy insertion and protection of the applicator. It is compatible with all standard crimping tools, facilitating the integration of existing applicators.

Plug & Crimp Technology
This technology enables quick exchange of ToolingShuttles on CrimpCenter machines without additional tools. The unit is equipped with wheels and handles for easy maneuverability. When used with the ShuttleRack, it optimizes setup time and enhances productivity.
