Concept The ToolingShuttle 30 combines the crimp applicator (tooling), terminal reel and paper winder into one mobile quick-change unit for CrimpCenter 3-series fully automatic crimping machines. The ToolingShuttle 30 allows the operator to exchange all three elements simultaneously which significantly reduces changeover time. The ToolingShuttle 30 can be prepared for the next job at an external workstation while the machine is producing thereby reducing machine downtime to a minimum.
