Concept
The ToolingShuttle 30 integrates the crimp applicator, terminal reel, and paper winder into a single mobile unit, allowing for quick changes and reduced machine downtime. It is compatible with most standard crimping tools, allowing for easy integration of existing applicators.

Plug & Crimp Technology
This technology enables rapid exchange of ToolingShuttles on CrimpCenter machines without additional tools. The unit is lightweight, equipped with wheels and a handle for easy maneuverability.

Options
The ShuttleRack is available for storing up to 5 ToolingShuttle 30 units. Additionally, there is an option for automatic barcode identification of individual units.
