The STS 1100 tinning station is designed for fluxing and tin coating of stripped wire ends using lead-free solder. It is suitable for fully automatic crimping machines or transfer systems. The station can handle both leaded and lead-free solder, ensuring evenly distributed tinning. Surfaces exposed to solder are specially coated to prevent corrosion.
