The PreFeeder 3200 is a free-standing, prefeeding machine designed to feed wire and cable from reels, providing a constant tension to downstream wire processing machines. It is available in two different configurations. For smaller diameters and more flexible cables, the PreFeeder 3200 can be configured with the Accumulator Speed Control to sense downstream demand and control the feeding speed. For larger diameters and stiffer cables, the PreFeeder 3200 can be configured with the Loop Limit Control which features integrated speed synchronization with Schleuniger Cut & Strip machines.
