Concept
The CableCoiler 1450 is a single pan coiling system suitable for coiling wire, cable, or tubing. It features a rotary design with adjustable pins for different coiling diameters and an easy unloading mechanism with a retracting coiling disc and automatic safety cover lift. It operates in two modes: offline coiling of precut materials and auto coiling as a post-processing accessory.

Parameters and Jobs

• Programmable parameters include cable diameter, length, coiling diameters, and configuration settings.
• Parameters can be saved as jobs for quick loading via UI or barcode scanner.
• Jobs can be transferred between coilers using a USB stick.

Function
The coiling disc rotates to coil material around inner pins. Once coiling is complete, the machine stops, and the disc raises to allow easy removal of the coil. The design ensures safety by performing all rotating movements with a closed and monitored cover.
