Our product range also comprises machines for manufacturing wind-power generators. Since our winding machines are PC-controlled, even users without special knowledge are able to work with the machines safely. The integrated motor database allows to store all winding data like dimensions of the coil, number of turns, diameter of wire, r.p.m., etc. Motors that are stored can be searched and loaded very fast. The machine automatically adapts to the new winding electrically and mechanically. A great number of standard and special formers is available for many different winding tasks and coil forms. Two-spindle winding machine WM 3003 At the beginning of the winding process, the formers are installed in the machine. This is followed by an automatic, electric motordriven adjustment of the distance between the formers. The winding process, that is performed automatically, produces optimum non-crossing coils, which can be inserted into the motor very fast.
