Bearinx® Program
Bearinx® is a leading calculation program that allows detailed analysis of bearing loads, considering operating and environmental conditions. It includes a dedicated module for linear technology, which calculates extensive linear guidance systems by considering factors like non-linear elastic deflection, elasticity, load-related contact angle displacements, and actual contact pressure.

Easy Linear System Module
The new Bearinx®-online module "Easy Linear System" enables the calculation of nominal life and static load safety for multi-axis positioning systems with INA linear actuators. Key features include:

• Connection of all axes for a complete linear system calculation.
• Consideration of acceleration of table and machine bed masses.
• Setting working points to calculate possible deformations.

User Interface and Functionality
The software offers an intuitive user interface with self-explanatory menu navigation. Users can select preconfigured 1, 2, or 3-axis systems and enter data such as geometrical data, load cycles, acting directions, masses, forces, and working points. The program generates a motion diagram automatically and allows selection from a range of INA linear actuators.

Data Management and Support
All input data can be saved and exchanged with Schaeffler’s Engineering Service for optimal bearing design. Calculations are performed on Schaeffler’s servers, and results are emailed to users, including a summary, input file, and PDF document. An automatic quotation request feature is also available.
