Product Description:

The excelliSHIFT by SCANLAB enhances a 2D scan head into a highly dynamic 3D system. Utilizing a new concept with proven galvanometer technology, it significantly increases dynamics compared to conventional Z-axes. The Z-scanner is no longer a limiting factor, allowing equal acceleration values in all three spatial directions. This opens new possibilities for laser processing of three-dimensional, complex-shaped surfaces. The technology operates without transmissive optical components, avoiding dispersion effects with different wavelengths and reducing thermal lens effects. The excelliSHIFT is ideally combinable with excelliSCAN and intelliSCAN scan heads.

z-shifting that breaks the speed limit Der excelliSHIFT von SCANLAB erweitert einen 2D-Scan-Kopf zu einem hochdynamischen 3D-System. Dank eines völlig neuen Konzepts, bei dem die bewährte Galvanometer-Technologie zum Einsatz kommt, ist es gelungen, die Dynamik im Vergleich zu konventionellen Z-Achsen drastisch zu steigern. • Höchste Zuverlässigkeit durch bewährte Galvanometer-Technologie Apertur Wellenlänge • Hochdynamische Bearbeitung komplexer 3D-Geometrien Der Z-Scanner ist somit kein limitierender Faktor mehr, so dass in alle 3 Raumrichtungen gleich hohe Beschleunigungswerte erreicht werden können. Hierdurch eröffnen sich völlig neue Möglichkeiten für die Laserbearbeitung dreidimensionaler, komplex-geformter Oberflächen.
