DEGREASING & MAINTENANCE Swarfega® Jizer Water Rinsable Parts Degreaser PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Water rinsable parts degreaser that will quickly dissolve heavy deposits of mineral oil, grease, tar, bitumen and waxes. Should NOT be rinsed into drains or water courses. WHERE TO USE General industrial and automotive environments. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Apply neat by dipping, brushing, wiping or low pressure spray. Leave for a few minutes to break down and dissolve soiling. Remove by rinsing with water, blow dry with an airline or wipe dry with a tissue or cloth. To prevent rusting, treat cleaned metals with Swarfega ‘Duck Oil’ To remove tar spots, oil marks etc from bodywork, pour onto a cloth and rub gently. CAUTION: Cannot be used on tarmac surfaces and can affect some types of plastics, rubber, bitumen and asphalt. DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS: General information Dispose of waste to a licensed waste disposal site in accordance with the requirements of the local Waste Disposal Authority. Avoid the spillage or runoff entering drains, sewers or watercourses. Effective dissolving action will remove heavy deposits of mineral oil, grease, tar, bitumen, and waxes from a wide range of metals, plastics and painted surfaces. Concentrated strength and high absorption rate ensures only a small amount will remove a high level of soiling. Quickly and thoroughly cleans engines, motors, components and parts and machinery and tools. High Flash Point Reduced risk of flammability due to flash point of not less than 61°C making it safer to use than many other degreasers. Prevents Corrosion Added rust inhibitor helps reduce corrosion during the degreasing process. Can be used for removing oil and grease marks from many floor surfaces, tar spots and oil from body work and cleaning paint brushes. Water Rinsable Special emulsifiers ensure soilings can be easily rinsed off with water leaving surfaces clean and non-greasy. With all metal and metal components and will not stain or damage most plastics, synthetic rubber or paints. When used in parts washing equipment, rapidly separates from dirt and grime for repeated usage and high economy in use.
