Robik crawler m 6x6 Robik Crawler M 6x6 is an industrial electric tow tractor with 6x6 traction system and radio-controlled guidance to ensure maximum safety, designed to operate on surfaces that are not always optimal, or in environments with unstable climatic situations or even with insidious elements. Two high-efficiency electric gearmotors with a 48 V system ensure towing and transport over its base designed to transport different materials. Robik Crawler 6x6 is the innovative and unique solution of its kind for the electric handling of materials. The focus on design has allowed us to create a bivalent solution, the machine can in fact be configured when ordering by a 6x6 wheel drive system or in a tracked version for very uneven floors.This allows maximum adaptation to all situations. MAIN FEATURES MULTIUTILITY SOLUTION Robik Crawler M 6x6 wheeled acts as a multi-use self-propelled electric/Off Road platform. Equipped with an innovative movement system, it allows maximum traction even in the presence of conditions that are not always optimal thanks to the 6 traction wheels that work together. Unlike the tracked version, where the track by its nature consumes more energy because it impacts more on the surface on which it operates, the Crawler M 6x6 wheeled version reduces energy consumption by up to 25-30% guaranteeing unparalleled agility of movement, greater efficiency and a strong increase in silence. POWER Robik Crawler M 6x6 operates at 48 Volts and is equipped with a professional electronic system which guarantees the machine not only high power, but also a notable reduction in stress on the components and greater working autonomy. The batteries used are hermetic ABT Power Deep Cycle Free Maintenance with a 2.700 Watt system. For particular needs or particularly demanding applications, professional lithium solutions are provided. PERFORMING STRUCTURE AND COMPONENTS  Superior level professional double joystick radio control ensuring precise guidance and greater operator safety;  Off Board charging system (IP 66)  Cover equipped with a gasket to close the upper part to prevent dust and humidity from entering the component compartment;  Special casing to protect the engines, thus further sealing the external traction component from the electrical body;  The frame is structured to allow for force distribution. Its particular design allows adequate protection from possible water infiltration into the electronic components, positioned in the upper part;  Special system for damping the thrusts in 4 points lateral to the toothed wheels which allows the forces to be absorbed. This system was created with innovative materials, stainless steel and polymer parts using 3D technology, guaranteeing mechanical resistance and resistance to the most insidious atmospheric agents.  Platform made of plywood treated on the surface capable of resisting abrasion and equipped with a metal frame with various fixing points for handling various materials. The perimeter of the platform is also designed for the assembly of 4 containment straps for any materials to be transported.
