eXpertPower™ is offered in two versions: Service and Pro edition. In the Service model, SATEC owns and manages the servers, and is responsible for configurations, backups, etc. In the Pro edition, the customer owns the servers and all the operation of the system while SATEC provides support when required according to agreed SLA.
