ANODIZING LINES The anodic oxidation system makes the treatment of aluminium profiles possible by means of immersion of the same profiles, hooked on to hangers and support bars, in the treatment tanks.

LOADING AND UNLOADING STATIONS In order to facilitate attachment operations (and the final release), the system is equipped in situations of height adjustable loading and unloading. Operators may at any time move the piece holder bar up or down into the most comfortable position. Each station is made up of two vertical columns that contain the electrical and mechanical devices for ascent and descent: • self-braking gearmotor. guided trolley with wheels and bearings. transmission organs.

AUTOMATIC LOADER FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING STATIONS Automatic loaders placed in front of or behind the loading / unloading stations make it possible to automatically hold a full or empty anodic bar that is ready to be transferred, at the station without the dedicated help of crane. Loaders drastically reduce downtime and assist operators responsible for the attachment / release of profiles. TRANSFER TROLLEY To transfer the piece-holding bars from the load at the beginning of the line, up to the unloading at the end of the process, trolleys running on dedicated tracks are used.

MOVING DEVICE FOR PIECE HOLDING BAR The careful handling of components helps to achieve a surface finish that is free from defects. This is achieved by means of a motor-reducer connected to a system which makes it possible to move the piece-holding bar with an alternating motion (back and forth). INCLINED HOLDING The holding areas at the end of the cycle, after the last tank of the process, make it possible to maintain the load of bars treated in an inclined position. This system guarantees the profile the maximum dripping time before reaching the unloading area.

PNEUMATIC ELECTRICAL CONTACT SINGLE CLAMP In order to bring power to the anodic bar a special copper electric contact driven by a double pneumatic cylinder is used. This practical system reduces power loss, since the pressure generated by the cylinder is such as to maintain the surfaces of the anodic bar and those of the electrical contact constant, one against the other. EXCHANGE AND OXIDE CONTROL TEMPERATURE GROUP Special exchange groups are used for cooling the anodizing baths. These groups consist of pumps, heat exchangers, and three-way valves with motorised control. The pumps used are the type with vertical shaft and all parts in contact with the sulphuric acid are in acid-proof material. The plated heat exchanger is formed by two circuits: circulating in the first there is 20 % sulphuric acid to be cooled whilst in the secondary circuit cold water circulates in counter current coming from the well or from a suitable group refrigerator. AUTOMATIC TEMPERATURE CONTROL GROUPS FOR BATHS On the lines of surface treatment of metals, there are several baths that must be heated by means of special heat exchangers or coils placed inside the tanks and in which steam or hot water is circulated. The automatic temperature control groups are available in two versions: • with three-way servo-valve-controlled for hot water. with two-way servo-valve-controlled for steam.
