The SYS 24 medium voltage switchboard is designed for electrical systems with a rated voltage up to 24 kV. It includes standard panels with rotary switches (SVR and IMR series) and SF6 circuit breakers, suitable for various distribution systems.
The panels have an external protection degree of IP30 and an internal protection degree of IP20, with higher protection levels available upon request.
Mechanical interlocks ensure operator safety by guiding operational sequences. The rotary switch with IPH2 protection prevents accidental contact with live parts, and grounded switch bushings in the open position prevent current flow, complying with CEI 17-9 and IEC 265 standards.
The SYS 24 switchboard complies with CEI 17-6, Italian D.P.R. n° 547, and IEC 265 and 129 standards.
Transparent windows allow internal inspection while in service, and maintenance is facilitated by easy access with the door open.
Panels have lifting rings for transport and can be installed against a wall with front access. Floor fixing is recommended.
Steel components are treated before painting, with the standard color being RAL 7030. Other colors are available upon request.
The switchboard supports rated voltages of 24 kV, with various current ratings and short-time current capacities.
Optional accessories include instrument compartments, internal lighting, heater resistance, voltage and current transformers, and more, with specific accessories for disconnectors, switch-disconnectors, earth switches, and circuit breakers.
