We have slant and horizontal bed machines, from 3 up to 9 and even more controlled axis. These machines are suitable for the manufacturing cylindrical or conical single and twin screws .

Our machines are customized and with the main features agreed with the customer. The screws can have diameters from 15 mm up to 450 mm and length even over the 8 meters. Our GRM models have whirling heads which are suitable for the larger series of screws Our threader machines are equipped with latest generation of Siemens CNC (840D) and can be optionally equipped by “Renishaw” tool probe and tool changer Saporiti has developed software “SAPOVITE” to assist in screw programming.
