Packaging Technology SAPLI SPECIAL PURPOSE FILLING SOLUTIONS Since 1978 Sapli counts with a wide experience in special projects, where individual customised engineering solutions had to be developed. An experience-based know-how of our professional team and cutting-edge innovations in filling technologies allow the global study of the project, taking into account all special needs of the Customers and the technical requirements of the product and packaging. All projects start by the deep study of the product behaviour during the filling process. At the very first stage, the product and packaging samples are always tested at the Sapli pilot plant. The detailed preparation of the project guarantees the construction of the high efficient fully-automatic solution, ideally suited to the proposed product. Multi format equipment options for different packaging and product combination can be individually tailored. The additional operation options as an integrated full checking and control of the filling process at every stage is also offered. Depending on the chemical composition and free-flowing features of the product, the filling system may require special additional operations in order to assure the optimal equipment performance. In such a way Sapli offers multistage filling options, tamping or vibration functions, as well as checkweighers and rejection stations. A single PLC and touch-screen panel bring all the individual elements together. Simple-to-use screens with specially drawn CAD graphics and digital images in full colour, control the various functions with all variable parameters programmed and held in memory for immediate recall.
