The stator of round wire motor The stator of flat wire motor Slot full rate increased: The conductor is flat copper wire. The copper full rate in the slot is increased by more than 25%, and the power density of the motor is increased. Better heat dissipation: The effective contact area between the flat copper wire and the stator core increases. The winding temperature rise is 17.5% lower than the round wire motor, and the heat dissipation is better. More cost-effective: The motor diameter is reduced by 10%, and the axis length (height) is reduced by 15%. Performance increases, weight decreases....
