Product catalog summary
General Description: The document details the Aerial Cam Unit, specifically the SACE 52 model, a 3-ton unit. It highlights its working force capabilities, with a standard working force of 29.4 kN for one million strokes and an allowable working force of 58.8 kN for 300,000 strokes. The unit features enhanced coil spring durability and a V-shaped guide adjustable from 0° to 60° in 5° increments.
Structure and Assembly: The SACE 52 can be disassembled by removing specific bolts and components in a set order. Reassembly involves reversing these steps, ensuring no foreign matter is present, and matching serial numbers on components. Correct reassembly of all bolts is crucial.
Specifications: Detailed specifications include mounting surface dimensions, working angles, travel distances, and forces. The document specifies standard and allowable working forces for various angles, with corresponding spring forces and travel distances.
Options and Customization: Customization options include extending the mount surface and altering the mounting surface width. Modifications to dowel pin holes are also possible.
Spring Details: A spring diagram specifies the springs used for initial and final loads, their forces, and durability guidelines. The springs are designed for one million strokes.
Components: A table lists the components of the SACE 52, including materials and quantities. Key components include the cam holder, cam slider, cam driver, slide keeper, positive return follower, stopper plate, spring guide pin, stopper, coil springs, and spring guide bush.
Overview: This document provides technical specifications and details for a 3-ton type aerial cam unit, including components, materials, and operational guidelines. It includes diagrams and tables to illustrate the components and their specifications.
Specifications: The cam unit is designed with various components such as a cam holder, cam slider, cam driver, slide keeper, positive return follower, stopper plate, spring guide pin, stopper, coil springs, and spring guide bush. Materials used include FCD550, SF700, S45C with graphite, bronze, and urethane.
Spring Specifications: The document details the use of two types of coil springs: TF20-90 and TM30-50. The initial load spring (TF20-90) has a spring constant of 7.01 N/mm, while the final load spring (TM30-50) has a spring constant of 109.65 N/mm. Both springs are designed for durability up to 1,000,000 strokes.
Working Force and Load: The cam unit can handle a standard working force of 3 tons. The document provides detailed load specifications for initial and final loads, including spring force and return force measurements.
Component Table: A table lists the components, their quantities, materials, and any special remarks. For example, the cam holder and cam slider are made of FCD550, with the slider incorporating graphite for enhanced performance.
Diagrams and Measurements: The document includes detailed diagrams of the cam and spring, specifying dimensions and tolerances. It also provides guidelines for machining the die for clearance when necessary.
Options and Customization: The document outlines options for customizing the cam unit, such as extending the mount surface or changing the mounting surface width. It also mentions changes to dowel pin holes for specific configurations.
Assembly and Installation: Instructions for determining the pierce center position and space for removing components are provided. The document notes that bolts for assembly are not indicated and refers to another page for detailed specifications of tapped and dowel pin holes.
