IMPRESSOMARC PLUS ACRYLIC PRIMER PAINT WITH HIGH FILLING POWER - ZERO VOC Code 3440019 DESCRIPTION IMPRESSOMARC PLUS is a primer paint based on acrylic resins in water emulsion, recommended for preparing wall and wood surfaces before painting to obtain excellent aesthetic results. Easy to apply, it has excellent filling power. Matt and very white, it masks small imperfections in the background. Odourless, free of volatile organic compounds (VOC) plasticizers and formaldehyde. IMPRESSOMARC PLUS is formulated with a binder derived from renewable biomass according to the "mass-balance" approach, and is RedCert2-certified. Fossil resource saving product by using renewable raw materials in the value chain. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Applicable indoors and outdoors (only on sheltered surfaces) on: - New and old plasters based on hydraulic binders. - Concrete surfaces. - Plaster and gypsumboard surfaces. - New, old and previously-painted wooden surfaces (doors, skirting boards, beams, panels, etc.). - Any other wooden item requiring professional painting or DIY. CANNOT BE OVERPAINTED with nitrocellulose products or products diluted with nitro thinner. PAY ATTENTION when treating tannin-rich woods. To reduce dark stains forming, apply insulating primer UNIMARC ANTITANNINO code 3390019. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS - Binder type: Acrylic copolymer in aqueous dispersion - Indoor Air Quality Classification: A+ - VOC content Directive 2004/42/EC: <1 g/l - Density UNI EN ISO 2811-1: 1.44±0.05 kg/l - Solvent: water - Dry residue by weight: 57±2%. - Drying (at 25 °C and 65% relative humidity): to the touch in 30 min.; can be painted over after 6 hours. PREPARING THE SURFACE - The backgrounds must be in good condition, dry, compact, absorbent, and consistent. - Plaster surfaces: on crumbling surfaces, apply the micronized solvent-free fixative ATOMO 8840001. - New or coated wood backgrounds: sand, scrape off resin deposits, restore if necessary, remove dust. - Apply 1-2 coats of IMPRESSOMARC PLUS onto a dry and clean background. - Dilution agent: water - Dilution: ready to use; on porous substrates, dilute at 10-15%. - Equipment cleaning: with water immediately after use - No. of coats: 1-2 coats. - Indicative coverage: 14-16 m2/l per coat on moderately absorbent backgrounds. OVERCOATING after at least 6 hours with ACRYLOVELOUR PLUS, ACRYLOMAT PLUS, ACRYLOSATIN PLUS, ACRYLOSILOX, either with the finishes of the UNIMARC line, or with the synthetic enamels (GLOBAL ULTRA, SINTOLIN, KIRON). TINTING Colouring can be obtained with the Tintometric System. The product can also be coloured with the COLORADO 548 series dyes. If different manufacturers are used, we recommend mixing the various productions to avoid slight differences in tone. STORAGE Maximum storage temperature: +30 °C Minimum storage temperature: +5 °C The product should be used preferably within 3 years from the production date if stored in its original unopened pot and at the appropriate temperatures.
