The RollMaster Super Plus is a cutting table designed for thick materials up to 25 mm, suitable for soft, volumetric materials, foams, and technical fabrics. It offers extensive configuration options, making it adaptable for both small start-ups and large companies.
Basic Features
- Cutting Table: Width up to 320 cm, length 200-500 cm, height adjustable between 86-89 cm. The frame is made of powder-coated steel with a 25 mm table top framed with 2 mm PVC.
- Cutting Device: Automatic operation with a layer counter, adjustable cutting length, and a cutting height of 2.5 cm. It operates at 800 rpm with a voltage of 230 V and output power between 200-600 W. Safety features include blade covers, a start lock with a raised holding bar, and an emergency switch.
- Control Features: Includes a control panel with a 4-digit display and buttons, two sets of control buttons, and optional cutting speed adjustment.
- Other Features: Pneumatic holding bar and upper/external fabric feeder.
Optional Equipment
- Measuring device options include a slider with an aluminum strip or a laser, recommended for cutting widths up to 250 cm.
- Optional bottom shelves.
