Technical Specifications
The Integrated Speed Sensor operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +150°C and can be stored between -65°C and +150°C. It is designed to withstand vibrations of 1mm at 80Hz (~4g) and has an IP68 protection rating. The sensor is compliant with EMC B.C.I. Class "C" standards, handling up to 100mA across 1 to 400MHz.

Protection Features
The sensor includes reverse polarity protection up to -30Vcc for 1 hour, overload protection at 30mA for 5 minutes, overvoltage protection at 36V for 5 minutes, and short circuit protection to ground and Vcc for 5 minutes. It also features output transient voltage protection with a breakdown voltage range of 31.35V to 34.65V.

Power Supply and Output
The sensor operates on a power supply ranging from 4.5 Vcc to 30 Vcc. Its output pins are protected against electrostatic discharge up to 2000 V according to the HBM model.

Design and Maintenance
The sensor is preassembled to facilitate easy replacement during maintenance. It generates 6 pulses per revolution and is compatible with rotary valves featuring 6 teeth for signal reading. An external pull-up resistor is required for operation.
