Steel DELTA series WBLF, WHBLF and KBLF mini-pleated filters are designed for laminar flow applications with frontal air velocity of 0,45 m/s, but they can also be used with turbolent air flows. The media used is a mini-pleated water-proof micro-fiber glass, with fire reaction class M1, with hot-melt continuous separators, sealed with polyurethane. WHBLF and WBLF: multy-layer marine (MDF) wooden frame. WHBLF is 78 mm deep while WBLF depth is 149 mm KBLF: galvanized steel frame, 149 mm deep All the models have a single piece polyurethane gasket on the frame. Every filter is individually tested by means of scan control over the whole surface and labeled with the test results. The high manufacturing quality and the high dust holding capacity assure a long operating life.
