Acoustic splitters SA SA - LF SA and SA-LF acoustic splitters are used in ventilation and conditioning system to effectively reduce the noise produced by the fans. They are made of a galvanized steel structure, parallelepiped-shaped, fitted inside with an acoustic insulation element made of mineral fibers and protected by a sheet of reinforced glass. The mineral fibers used have a high acoustic absorption coefficient which allow for high noise attenuation levels. Acoustic splitters come in two different types: • SA, with galvanized steel structure and mineral fiber acoustic insulation material protected by a sheet of reinforced glass. • SA-LF, like SA but with a perforated galvanized steel sheet which offers further protection for the acoustic insulation element. SA and SA-LF acoustic splitters are manufactured with different thickness: 50,100,200 and 300 mm and in various lengths and heights to meet all the application requirements of the systems. Applications SA and SA-LF acoustic splitters are used in both civil and industrial ventilation and conditioning systems; they have high air noise attenuation performances in all its applications. Their strong structure make them suitable for heavy operating conditions. Installation SA and SA-LF acoustic splitters can be installed in different ways: inside rectangular ducts, in proper containment boxes on the supply and/or exhaust element of fans, inside specifically designed acoustic mazes, etc. Acoustic splitters must be specifically positioned at a certain distance one from the other and parallel to the direction of the air flow. Special types On request we can supply other sizes and types in aluminum or stainless steel Indicate L x H X Thickness in the order; L x H are interchangeable in the determination of the price
