DELTA series absolute filters for duct flows DELTA series LLB - KK absolute filters are designed to work with high flow rates, 50% higher than other similar filters of equal size; at nominal air flow, they work with a frontal air speed of 2.25 m/s. This allows to reduce the size and the cost of ducts as well as the occupied space. Furthermore, compared to standard filters, due to the limited pressure drop, operating life is longer and there is a higher energy saving level for the fan motor. These filters have deep pleated microfiber glass filtering pack, with aluminum separators, top quality manufacture, high dust holding capacity and great mechanical resistance. The frame of these filters is available in two different materials, according to the models: MDF wood (LLB) and galvanized steel (KK). Both the models have a special expanded polyurethane single piece gasket.
