DAB - DAA

DAB - DAA

Product catalog summary
Technical Specifications
The DELTA series DAB and DAA absolute filters are designed for high filtration efficiency. The DAB filters are classified as HEPA (H14) and the DAA filters as ULPA (U15) according to the EN 1822:2009 classification. Both types have a maximum efficiency at MPPS of 99.995% for DAB and 99.9995% for DAA. The suggested final pressure drop is 400 Pa, with a maximum of 600 Pa. They can operate at temperatures up to 70°C and relative humidity up to 90%. Both filters are CE marked and available in ATEX versions upon request.
Construction and Features
The filters are constructed with mini-pleated glass fiber sheets and thermoplastic separators, fixed to a frame with a polyurethane sealant. They include white epoxy painted steel protection grids and a semi-circular expanded polyurethane gasket. The robust construction ensures a long operating life and reduced energy consumption. Each filter is individually tested to ensure no pinholes are present, and test results are labeled on the filters.
Dimensions and Performance
The filters are available in various dimensions, with nominal air flow rates ranging from 150 m3/h to 1800 m3/h. The initial pressure drop for both DAB and DAA filters is 70 Pa. A low-pressure drop version (LPD) is also available. The filters are suitable for unidirectional flows, and efficiency may decrease by one class if used in turbulent flows with high air flow rates.
Availability and Pricing
Some products are ready in stock, and prices are available upon request. For any technical doubts, consulting the technical office is recommended.

DELTA series absolute lters for unidirectional ows Technical features Product Efciency MPPS Suggested nal pressure drop Maximum pressure drop Maximum operating temperature Maximum relative humidity ATEX version on request DELTA series DAB - DAA absolute lters are mini-pleated, with very high ltration efciency; DAB lters belong to HEPA class, whereas DAA lters belong to ULPA class. They are made of a mini-pleated glass ber sheet with continuous thermoplastic separators. It is xed to the frame by means of a polyurethane sealant. The medium is protected by white epoxy painted micro-drawn steel protection grids. It is provided with a semi-circular expanded polyurethane one-piece gasket. DAB - DAA lters have a robust construction, high quality and moderate pressure drops which assure a long operating life and a limited energy consumption of the fan in the AHU. All the lters are individually tested through a scanning system to make sure there are no pinholes in the medium; at the end of the test they are labeled with the test results.
