Product catalog summary
Chemical Composition and Properties of Spherical Powder:
The typical chemical composition of the spherical powder includes 88-89% Copper (Cu), 10-11% Tin (Sn), and 0.2-0.5% Phosphorus (P). The powder is yellow/brown, with a melting point of 1000°C, a flaming point of 700°C, and an apparent density of 5.8 to 6 g/cm³. These products exhibit corrosion resistance comparable to fused bronze, withstand working temperatures of 150°C (over 400°C in neutral environments), and have a tensile strength of 3 to 5 kg/mm². Airflow rates depend on the particle diameter and filter thickness, with filtration grades ranging from 5 to 120 microns.
Porous Plastic Filters:
Made from Polyethylene (PE), these filters are highly resistant to chemicals and solvents. They are used to filter dust and impurities in air, water, and other materials, offering lightness and elasticity. Filtration grades range from 5 to 120 microns, and they can operate at temperatures up to 80°C. These filters are widely used in the automotive, electronics, medical, and air and water filtration industries.
Sintered Metal Powder Filters:
These filters are ideal for applications requiring high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, and temperature resistance up to 450°C. Materials used include Stainless Steel AISI316L, Titanium, Inconel 600, and Hastelloy. Filters can have a maximum external diameter of 200 mm, a maximum length of 1000 mm, and filtration grades from 0.1 to 200 microns. They are used in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, medical, aeronautical, food, and nuclear industries.
Wire Mesh Filters:
Manufactured in various shapes and materials such as Stainless Steel AISI304/316L, Bronze, Brass, Iron, and Zinc Plated Iron, these filters are produced through pressing, punching, rolling, and forming. They cater to specific customer requirements and are used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries. Wire diameters range from 0.04 to 2 mm, with filtration grades from 10 to 150 microns for wire filters and 15 to 2000 microns for mesh filters.

Typical chemical composition of used the spherical powder is the following: Cu 88 - 89 % Sn 10 -11 % P 0.2 - 0.5 % Powder is yellow/brown with a fusion point of 1000 °C, flaming point of 700°C and density 5.8 ÷6 fr/cm3 Our products are as resistant to corrosion as fused bronze of similar analysis, can take a working temperature 150°C (in neutral environment over 400°C) and are resistant to traction 3÷5 kg/mm2. Air flow rates vary depending on the diameter of the spherical particles composing the powder and thickness of the filter (or silencer). Filtering grade is included between a minimum of 5 micron to a max. of 120 micron.
