Cartons arrive on a velvet belt conveyor. They are grouped in row and stacked up by a lift cylinder. Empty shipper boxes are erected and positioned on 90° tipping support cradle. Bimanual commands by an operator generates tipping of the box, transfer of grouped cartons into case by lateral pusher. Cradle returns to initial position and full shipper box is manually transferred to the taping machine.
