Mobile Tunnels Mobile Tunnels are the ideal solution to cover and protect goods and people. Composed of galvanized structural steel modules, the tunnels can be used to cover large surface areas in little time. Being mobile, they can often be installed without the need for a building permit. Available in a wide range of solutions and geometries, they ensure a highly agile response to most customer needs. A minimum of construction work, and your industrial shed is ready!

Mobile Tunnels The combination of a sturdy material like steel and an equally sturdy flexible cover allows the design of highly customized structures that can be completed in very short times and cover extensive surface areas. What you have in mind can often be built with unthinkably low amounts of time and cost using a mobile tunnel.

Mobile Tunnels - 6

Mobile Tunnels The mobile tunnel framework is made of strong galvanized rectangular sections joined by bolts with the aid of appropriate ribbed steel plates. A tight trestle forms a sturdy framework around which the cover will be then securely attached. Over 90% of the tunnel is bolt-assembled; this method provides a number of advantages compared to traditional welding, including certainty of resistant sections, modularity in transport, and interchangeability of damaged pieces. Nearly all models and types in the catalogue are equipped with heavy duty wheels for manual or motorized movement:...

Mobile Tunnels The framework is covered with a heavy duty PVC-coated polyester fabric with self-extinguishing properties (class 2 or optionally class 1). Colours and silk-screen printed designs according to customer specifications. The cover surface can be standard, insulated for condensate resistance, with a double sheet applied below the tie beam, or made of rigid insulated panels. For every need the right solution

HFR Front tunnel detached on four sides or with one end leaning against the building The most widely used solution. The tunnel can have four detached side or the front end leaning against the building. The sides with the pantographs are always closed with sheets down to the ground. The ends are closed with optional curtains or other types of closing devices. The installation requires construction works consisting of continuous foundations for mounting the floor guides. The HFR Model’s design allows the tunnel to be significantly reduced in length, up to 40%. Basically, a 100 m deep HFR tunnel can be shortened to approximately 40 m. Static dimensional layout L = maximum usable length 22,000 mm HSC = maximum usable height below the tie beam 6,500 mm P = depth according to request S = sliding direction C = compression percentage up to 40% of total depth % = the standard roof slope is 15%
